What we deliver

From one licence to a staged program for a whole crew. Accredited and non-accredited work is always labelled for what it is.

  • Units of competency, skill sets and qualifications within Forky Stick's approved scope. Successful units lead to a Statement of Attainment.

  • Training and assessment across 11 Queensland High Risk Work Licence classes, from forklift and EWP to dogging, rigging and cranes.

Trainee working from an elevated work platform basket
  • Employer-focused checks that a worker can perform specified tasks to the agreed standard, recorded clearly as a VOC, not a qualification.

Operator on a counterbalance forklift during a practical assessment
  • Targeted sessions to refresh knowledge and close gaps your crew or a site audit has picked up, before they turn into an incident.

Telehandler lifting a load on a training pad
  • Hands-on help with safety systems, procedures, risk controls and the training needs that come out of them.

Crew propping a tilt panel with braces on a construction site
  • Next World VR scenarios for hazard recognition, plant interaction, emergency response and communication. They add to practical training, never replace it.

Forky Stick training room where theory and scenario sessions run
  • Closed groups, staged programs and schedules built around your rosters, projects and where your people are heading next.

Hilton's Safety and Training

A safety system your supervisors will actually use

We audit what you have, build what is missing and keep it legislatively sound. Then we train your people on it, so it lives on site and not in a folder.

Training needs
What your workforce needs next, mapped to licences, refreshers and VOCs.

How we work with employers

We listen first. A course calendar can't tell us what your crew needs, so every program starts with your roles, risks and the projects ahead.

  1. Understand

Your workforce roles, current capability, operational risks, projects and priorities.

  2. Plan

Training pathways, licence requirements, cohorts, timing, locations and prerequisites.

  3. Prepare

Enrolment, eligibility checks, resources, online access, equipment and scheduling.

  4. Deliver

Trainer-led, online, practical, workplace or blended, to suit the program.

  5. Assess or verify

Formal assessment, refresher evidence, VOC activity or participation checks.

  6. Record and report

Accurate results, learner records, employer reporting and certification processing.

  7. Review and develop

Spot gaps, future project needs, licence progression and refreshers coming due.

Built around your rosters, not ours

Flexible delivery never means cutting required learning, assessment or safety. It means finding the most practical compliant way to get it done.

  • Rockhampton facilities

Training rooms, practical areas and admin at 110 Alma Street.

  • Practical training yard

Crane, steel training tower and room to lift real loads.

  • On your site

Where the environment, equipment and permissions suit the unit.

  • Regional Queensland

Negotiated delivery at agreed locations across Central Queensland and beyond.

  • Online and blended

Theory online through the Ammonite learning system, practical in person.

  • Staged programs

Cohorts sequenced around rosters, projects and role progression.

As a family-owned business, our reputation is personal. We value direct communication, fair dealing, accountability and long-term relationships.
